Many people with ADHD struggle at work not because they lack ability, but because the job is set up for a different kind of brain. Small changes, often free, can make a big difference.

At the back of this guide is a checklist of over 120 workplace adjustments. Tick the ones that would help you, star your top few, and give it to your manager to start the conversation.

You do not have to tell your employer you have ADHD. Our guides ADHD at Work and Reasonable Adjustments and Telling People About Your ADHD cover your rights and telling people in more detail.
