Organisation
Build systems that work for the brain you have, not the one you keep meaning to have.

In one minute
Being disorganised with ADHD is not a knowledge problem. You know where things should go. The difficulty is that ADHD affects working memory, planning and the ability to hold a sequence in mind — so systems that rely on remembering quietly fail.
The systems that work are the ones that need no memory and almost no decisions. Visible, simple, and in the way.
One good rule: if a system needs you to be organised in order to use it, it is the wrong system.
